By purchasing, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Products on sale, discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing on-sale items.
2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send it back to us with your order number/ order ID. Once we receive and confirm the delivery of the product, we will send you a replacement.
3. Made to Order items are not eligible for returns unless otherwise specified on the product page

Please note that our products are made and handled by human hands, involving various processes. Variations in colour, finish, and overall appearance are to be expected.

The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor, and subtle variations must be acknowledged. A 10-12% colour difference may occur due to differences in screen resolution and camera lighting. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.

Mammas Bear Exchange Policy

The exchange policy of Mammas Bear states that the company does not provide refunds or returns on any sold products. However, the company allows for size exchange of the product for a bigger or smaller size, provided the terms and conditions are met. If the desired size is not in stock, the customer will be issued a gift card equalling the order amount.

If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange, customers can request an exchange by contacting Mammas Bear at within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery. Once acknowledged by the Mammas Bear team, the exchange process will be initiated. Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail. Mamma's Bear will not be responsible for any lost shipment. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will send you a fresh product in your desired size.

1. Can I cancel my order?
No, Mammas Bear orders are not eligible for cancellation.

2. How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?
You will receive a gift card via email, which you can use on the Mammas Bear website within the next 60 days. Please note that the gift card amount must be used in one transaction.

3. Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes, you can exchange any eligible products within 48 hours of delivery.

4. My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will do its best to assist you with any size exchange, subject to availability. If the size you requested is not available, we will offer you a gift card equalling your order amount to purchase another product.

5. Why was my exchange not accepted?
We strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless, and we adhere to the highest quality standards. However, exchange/return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the dress. We recommend reading the product description and viewing all pictures before ordering.

6. Can I exchange or return a product that has been washed or worn?
No, exchange or return is not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.
